Domestic Returns
- Full Returns: If you are unsatisfied with your order, please initiate a return through our customer portal.
- Return Shipping: Once approved, return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. You may purchase a shipping label from us, in which case an will be deducted from your refund.
- Responsibility: Blue Eye is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Timeframe
- Within 7 Business Days: Returns initiated within 7 business days of being marked as delivered are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.
- After 7 Business Days: Returns initiated after 7 business days will be issued as store credit.
- After 30 Days: Returns will no longer be accepted.
Holiday Sales
- Purchases made between November 22 and December 31 are eligible for returns or exchanges until January 15.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with no signs of wear to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
